We have a standard 48-72 hour processing time before to the shipment of all orders. This shipping processing timeframe can be modified due to sales or holidays.

ORDER PROCESSING

Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an address other than the billing address may cause shipping delays, so the information should be verified. VIRGIN HAIR STUDIOS has the right to reject an order and raise a refund at our only option. Confirmation of billing may be required and customer can/will be contacted through phone and email to complete the process.

TRACKING INFORMATION

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will have your tracking number and a link to accompany the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly. Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to be shown. In some rare case, the tracking information may not be upgraded but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

We do not ship on weekends, holidays, and in the incident of a natural disaster.

BACKORDERS

Rare, but if a backorder occurs on your item(s); you will be placed on a precedence waitlist. We will immediately ship item(s) upon arrival. To add, we will contact you by phone or email with the approximate arrival date. If we are unable to ship the backordered item(s) in a sensible length of time of 7 to 10 business days, we will contact you immediately and provide you an option of a full payment refund.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY

Orders can be upgraded or modified but will not be cancelled for “full refund”. We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, due to the type of the product. Once the order has been placed, we will only make changes to the order. Please go through the Return and Exchange Policy.

DUTY DISCLAIMER:

Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes levied by your country. As we are not able to advise you as to how much the fees might be, we recommend that you contact your country’s customs office or tax agent for the particular charges and rates on a package coming from outside of your country.
